For all levels of students. Avid beginners with basic experience of some yoga postures are welcome and encouraged.

Asana Practise
8.00am ~ 10:00am |
Focus on the individual parts and their
intrinsic connection to each other. Feel the state of your body, with
one on one adjustments and your new alignment of postures.

Time to relax in a hammock, enjoy the beaches or
rest by the jungle pool. |
An Inward Journey
4pm ~ 6pm |
Yoga is also about undoing. Restorative, supported poses will show you a powerful way to achieve this. Experience an Inward Journey with breath awareness and finish with a short meditation.

Enjoy a delicious meal* and great company each evening with your teacher and fellow participants. |

Wednesday is a free day. A mid week break to enjoy the
beauty of the surroundings. |
